Community Service

The Harris County Young Democrats understands that one of our greatest responsibilities as conscientious citizens and democrats is to promote community improvement, investment, and development in the Houston Area. To that end, we have committed ourselves to a monthly community service activity. In the past, we have helped pack meals for needy families in partnership with the Houston Food Bank, supported the 2010 Census count, planted a community garden, and assisted a park cleanup effort.
